I wanted to show a strip with Victoria back in "proper" attire, which she hasn't actually worn in all the time we've known her, since she went goth-y shortly after enraging her parents with her new boyfriend.  Now that she's back homr, she's happy to slip back into a more proper role -- she doesn't feel like being a rebellious teenager any longer, and she realizes she needs to come across as acceptable to the rest of her class as she possibly can, if she wants a chance at power later.
