In many ways, Queen Tilia is an agent of order.  She keeps things running smoothly, a hyper-competent preserver of status quo.  Dron, on the other hand, is an agent of chaos.  He likes to see preconceptions shaken up, new ideas flourishing, and disagreements flaring up to promote passionate discussion.  While Aylia's somewhere between them, she's fails to see why status quo is such a good thing for its own sake, and hence thinks her aunt is being way too over-controlling here.
