If you recall, Aylia has never exactly been eager to keep X's family's secret -- it seems pointless and dumb to her.  She's not going to go out of her way to spread it places, but when backed into a corner and asked a question directly (especially by someone as clever and nosy as Dron can be), she's not going to see the point of trying to lie or weasel out of giving the information, either.  Of course, she's also not the greatest secret-keeper in the first place -- she can, er, let things slip accidentally.
