Because Felincia is the bride, I didn't think she should have had to make sure her family arrived on time -- and I'm sure she agreed with this.  So she asked Aylia to take charge of that task, since Aylia lives in the same country as Felincia's family and has been invited since the beginning.  Loretta's family took care of most of the wedding preparations, including making Reg's family attend; Reg took care of practical things like getting the marriage license and making sure their house was ready for living in.
