Both Felincia and Reg are very good at following through with commitments, and don't make commitments lightly.  They're both happy to stay on one path as long as they are comfortable there, but the instant they decide to change paths, they want to change it now.  Most people need transition periods to feel comfortable with change, but with Felincia and Reg, transitions make them antsy.  Surprising changes aren't a big deal, because they get used to those quickly, but they both hate waiting.
