I didn't realize this before Felincia and Reg's engagement began, but they're really not patient people -- in one particular way.  Before they make up their minds completely, they're content to just let life pass and enjoy the present.  As soon as they've decided upon a change, however, they both want to start it right then.  Neither of them changes their mind without considering things beforehand, so they're not quite impulsive in the classical sense, but they both hate waiting for anything they want.
