I wasn't completely satisfied with this idea for a final storyline at first, either, though.  I thought it was a whole lot closer, but it still didn't seem satisfying.  Aylia's not really ever been aiming for teaching -- she's halfway decent at it, and she doesn't mind it (as we saw with her being Dron's TA), but doesn't really feel like it's a calling or anything.  While I liked the idea of something good resulting from years she was forced to live in our world, it had to be something she would pick.
