Gundur being a tremendous snob, I figure "plebian" is one of his favorite insults to call people.  And, as Leolie lives with him, she's bound to have picked this up easily.  She probably doesn't exactly get what that word means ("a person who is coarse or common"), but she knows it's an insult that her daddy uses for people who annoy him.  While Gundur's sons are both small babies, Leolie's always trying to imitate her daddy.  Not that that stops her from throwing the usual fits.
