Felincia's mother takes a much less irritated, but still unenthusiastic approach.  She isn't being entirely fair, really -- it was her own tribe that kicked her out, and Davin's new tribe isn't even geographically near them.  Lycanthrope culture varies widely according to tribe, which means she really isn't justified in judging this one by her old one.  Still, it's understandable that she'd be skeptical another tribe in her home country would be so much better than her own.
