Poor Kuralla!  Aylia really has a mean streak.  Still, this is exactly what Kuralla needs: someone to tell her to stop angsting and start getting to work.  If Aylia hadn't come along, she probably would have stumbled up to the stage with no speech planned whatsoever, and made an even worse hash of things than she would giving the wrong sort of speech.  The only thing worse than doing the totally wrong thing is doing nothing at all -- which is why getting frozen in indecision can be so dangerous.
