Oh, you might have noticed if you looked at those two strips in the description from the last strip that Reg originally had tattoos on his legs, and then didn't -- that's because I decided they looked stupid, so I got rid of them.  (Sheepish grin.)  I know that's an inconsistency in his character design, but it's only because I changed my mind about that particular detail after I'd long since finished the first strip he showed up in , so it's not going to stay an inconsistency.  It's like Alassa's hair in Strip #4.
